PAYMENT:

I accept PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, (through the web site or by telephone or fax), Bank Deposit, and Cheques.

Your order will be packaged and sent once payment has been received.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

All mail is sent via Australia Expess Post so delivery can be traced and I am happy to combine orders to save on Postage Charges.

The web site order form will calculate the shipping cost for you but if you are not sure of the charge, please email me prior to purchasing.

Insurance/registration is optional, however I recommend that you take it (extra $3.60) as I am not able to take any responsibility for any loss or damage to the items once posted.  This provides up to $100.00 cover by Australia Post.

International shipping:  All items can be shipped internationally and postage fees are based on weight.  Please enquire for shipping costs at the time of ordering.

RETURN POLICY:

Please choose carefully as all Patterns are non refundable (unless faulty due to a printing error).

Fabric :  If for any reason you are not happy with the Fabric pack please return it in its original condition within seven days, so I can issue a purchase refund.  Please email me for return instructions before sending the item back.
