The Hooked on Fishing quilt is a very popular design in the Pacifica series, depicting four hand-carved fishing hooks, each with a special significance. The carving of the designs combine elements from mythology, including the creation of the earth and its inhabitants, which interact to tell a story. Hooked on Fishing brings these elements to life in a striking design.

The Pattern has full step-by-step instructions and a single full size pattern sheet with four fishing hook patterns and their corresponding shadows, as well as the scallop for the outside border.   The scallop edge on the outside border is optional so a beginner could comfortably tackle this project.
