This is a lovely thread to use and is a great alternative to nylon monofilament.

100% polyester this is a fine, clear, invisible thread for use in all areas of your quilting projects. It has a silicon coating so it glides through your machine and stitches evenly.

I use it to stitch around all of my appliqué shapes after I have positioned them using the self sticking, repositionable appliqué web. The clear thread disappears into the back ground and so does your stitching, this means it is not a design element. Also as it is virtually invisible you don't have to be perfect with your stitching!

I also use it when quilting my quilts where the invisibility of the stitching means viewers and looking at my quilting designs and effects - not at my even or uneven stitches !

You should be able to use it in the top of your machine and in the bobbin, but this is more dependent on you machine rather than the thread so have a go. You may have to adjust you tension a little and I would recommend a finer needle, a 70/10 or 80/20.
If you machine does not like the thread in the bobbin just use an ordinary sewing cotton in a co coordinating colour or even a bobbin fill thread.
